We are currently seeking an **Administrative Assistant for Vehicle Control** to support the proper operation, tracking, and administration of our vehicle fleet, ensuring operational and documentary control of each unit. Job Objective To administer and monitor comprehensive control of the company's vehicle fleet, guaranteeing vehicle availability, regulatory compliance, timely maintenance, and proper handling of operational incidents. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct daily monitoring of each vehicle’s physical condition, location, and availability. * Maintain and update vehicle documentation: insurance policies, verification certificates, circulation permits, authorizations, and files. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance according to mileage and operational requirements. * Respond to and track incidents, accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle-related emergencies. * Manage service orders, quotations, and payment requests related to maintenance and repairs. * Maintain up-to-date administrative controls and fleet reports. * Coordinate communication with repair shops, suppliers, and operational staff. * Identify areas for improvement to optimize vehicle usage and control. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle control, administrative logistics, or similar roles. * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and preventive maintenance. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative platforms. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow up on tasks. * Ability to resolve incidents and perform operational follow-up. * Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. * Prior experience managing operational fleets is desirable. **We Offer** * Job stability and a positive work environment. * Opportunity for career growth within the company.
