Job Summary: Supports the planning and execution of physical and cycle counts, recording and updating information in inventory management systems to ensure control and traceability. Key Highlights: 1. Support in planning and executing physical and cycle counts. 2. Management of inventory management systems (ERP, WMS, Kardex). 3. Preparation of inventory control reports and variance analysis. LEADING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING: Responsibilities * Assist in planning and executing physical, cycle, and annual inventory counts. * Record and update information in the inventory management system (Kardex, ERP, WMS). * Verify proper documentation and traceability of goods movements. * Identify and report discrepancies found during inventory counts. * Assist in investigating discrepancies together with the Inventory Operations Leader. * Manage required documentation for inventory adjustments and ensure proper authorization. * Prepare inventory control reports and variance analysis. * Maintain up-to-date records and key performance metrics for inventory. * Assist in generating reports for internal and external audits. * Implement best practices in storage and distribution. * Best practices in documentation. Experience in: * Inventory control in warehouses or distribution centers. * Management of inventory management systems (ERP, WMS, Kardex). * Data analysis and inventory reconciliation. * Required Knowledge: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Use of systems for inventory analysis (Excel, ERP, WMS). * Receiving, storage, and distribution processes. * Documentation best practices and storage regulations.
