A company that rents and sells construction machinery is seeking an IME or IMA for a Maintenance Supervisor position. Requirements: \- Graduate in Electrical Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Administration, or Higher Technical Maintenance. \- Must reside in Monterrey and the metropolitan area. \- Class C driver's license. Main responsibilities: \- Responsible for scheduling and ensuring the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. \- Develop an efficient and controlled preventive maintenance program. \- Management of spare parts and consumables (safety inventory, control, and replenishment). \- Advanced knowledge of industrial mechanics and electricity. \- Resource planning (personnel, trucks, cranes, tools, tooling, and consumables) and logistics for machinery installation and dismantling activities. \- Process documentation and maintenance log administration. \- Development of a supplier registry. \- Other duties ensuring business operations and profitability.
