We seek experienced talent eager to grow professionally within a dynamic and stable environment. **Job Requirements** * Minimum **5 years of experience as a HAAS Machine Operator/Adjuster** * Ability to interpret engineering drawings * Proficiency with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) * Experience in machine adjustments, tool changes, and offset corrections * Basic/intermediate knowledge of CNC programming (preferred) * Responsible, punctual, and committed **Job Responsibilities** * Operation and adjustment of HAAS CNC machines * Tool setup and machine preparation * Parameter and offset adjustments during production * Verification of part dimensions and quality * Fulfillment of production orders * Identification and reporting of equipment or process failures * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area **Work Schedule** * **Night shift** * Monday to Friday: **6:00 pm to 3:00 am** **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Weekly salary: **$4,000\.00 \- $4,500\.00 MXN net** * Job stability * Positive work atmosphere * Opportunity for growth Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $4,000\.00 \- $4,500\.00 per week Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have operating and adjusting HAAS machines? * Are you available to work the night shift (6:00 pm to 3:00 am)? * Have you performed machine adjustments (offsets, tool changes, dimensional corrections)?
