Job Summary: CNC lathe and machining center corrective maintenance specialist, diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic failures. Key Highlights: 1. Diagnosis and correction of electrical and mechanical failures in CNC machinery. 2. Extensive knowledge of FANUC, HAAS, and MAZAK controls. 3. Comprehensive support for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. Corrective Maintenance for CNC Lathes and Machining Centers with FANUC, HAAS, and MAZAK Controls. **Knowledge:** \- Reading and interpretation of electrical diagrams \- Diagnosis and correction of electrical failures \- Knowledge of CNC component communication \- Loader interpretation \- Interaction with CNC parameters \- Knowledge of Keep Relays, Timers, and Datas. \- Interpretation of mechanical/hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams \- Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical failures \- Backlash correction via control \- Correction of mechanical overloads detected by servo motors \- Ball screw alignment \- Turret and tool position adjustment \- Maintenance of general services. **Responsibilities:** \- Response to and follow-up on failures in machines, equipment, and mechanical and electrical components. \- Diagnosis and correction of failures. \- Support for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities.
