At ZINERGIA, we specialize in fifth-wheel transportation and logistics, operating multiple units across the state of Nuevo León; this vacancy is for one of our units located in the municipality: **Responsibilities:** * Register, track, and close repair work orders in the company's internal platform. * Monitor compliance with preventive maintenance schedules for units, trailers, and dollies. * Continuously monitor unit repair times as well as their proper operational condition. * Work location * Field-based (100%) Requirements: * Education: Completed technical degree in related fields * 5 years of experience in mechanics, bodywork, and logistics * Familiarity with freight transportation industry, trailer fleet supervisor, or workshop supervisor roles. **Skills:** * Teamwork * Effective communication * Initiative * Proactivity * Working under pressure * Conflict resolution * Frustration tolerance **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Direct interaction with the company * Weekly salary (free of deductions) * Growth and Development Plan * Excellent Work Environment Work Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM Position Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00–$30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
