Job Summary: Warehouse coordinator responsible for organizing, receiving, and dispatching goods, ensuring efficiency, accuracy in logistics, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. RCI FOLDABLE PACKAGING We are a company founded in 1985 to address the needs of OFFSET printing, with a special focus on FOLDABLE cardboard boxes. Requirements Education: Junior high school, incomplete technical training Experience: Basic experience in raw material warehouses, finished goods warehouses, logistics, computer skills, analysis, route knowledge, and customer service. **Responsibilities** * *Warehouse organization:* Must plan the physical layout of the warehouse to optimize storage space and facilitate efficient product access. This includes assigning appropriate storage locations and ensuring the warehouse is clean, orderly, and safe. * *Receiving and dispatching goods:* Responsible for coordinating incoming goods receipt, verifying them against shipping documents, and accurately recording them in the system. Also oversees preparation and dispatch of outgoing orders, ensuring delivery accuracy and timeliness. * *Loading and unloading:* Supervises and performs loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling. * *Communication:* Informs the company about trip status, reporting any incidents or delays. * Adherence to schedules: Respects established hours to ensure punctuality in deliveries or pickups. * Customer service: Provides courteous and professional service to passengers or customers. Working Hours Monday to Friday Day: 8:00 AM to 6:35 PM Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per week Benefits: * Free parking Work Location: On-site employment
