




Job Summary: We are seeking a Backend-focused Application Support Engineer to handle incidents, analyze problems, deploy improvements, and monitor applications on Azure and AWS, ensuring their security and scalability. Application monitoring on Azure and AWS **Profile: Application Support Engineer (AMS) – Azure \& AWS with Backend Focus** **Main Responsibilities** * ✅ Handle incidents and requirements within SLA (L2/L3 levels). * ✅ Analyze and resolve backend issues (logic errors, performance, integrations). * ✅ Deploy fixes and improvements via CI/CD pipelines. * ✅ Monitor production applications on Azure and AWS (logs, metrics, traces). * ✅ Manage cloud configurations (PaaS/IaaS services). * ✅ Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and propose preventive improvements. * ✅ Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, development, and business teams. * ✅ Analyze impacts and perform change validation (Change Management) and release verification. * ✅ Automate operational tasks (scripts, jobs, processes). * ✅ Ensure application security, availability, and scalability.
