Job Summary: Ensure product stocking, proper operation, and cleanliness of vending machines; collect sales revenue; operate related systems; maintain the assigned transport vehicle; and protect the environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of vending machines and product restocking 2. Sales tracking, cash handling, and customer service 3. Operation of standard vehicles and commitment to quality and environmental standards ### **Mission** * Conduct scheduled visits to vending machines for product restocking; collect data using a handheld device; collect cash generated from sales; and ensure that each machine is clean and properly organized. ### **Responsibilities** * Visit and restock snack vending machines. * Track sales for each vending machine under your responsibility. * Deliver collected cash from each vending machine to the company cashier. * Verify the proper functioning of vending machines in the field. * Promote sales for vending machines assigned to your route. * Rotate stock during each visit, if necessary. * Fulfill the service commitments established by the company. * Keep the assigned transport vehicle clean and in good condition. * Upload market-collected data from the handheld terminal. * Replace and submit inventory shortages per machine, if any. * Verify cash delivery against sales recorded on the terminal, ensuring no discrepancies. * Collaborate to protect and improve the ecological and environmental conditions in all activities performed. * Understand and achieve performance and productivity indicators. * Sort generated waste according to the bottler’s waste classification procedures. * Apply guidelines established in the integrated management system during activity execution (quality, environmental, food safety, and occupational safety). ### **Education** * High School Diploma (verifiable) ### **Experience** * Customer Service * Sales * Full Product Handling * Internal Control * Vending and Snack Machines * Proficiency in Electronic Systems * Fleet Integrity * Accident Prevention and Emergency Response * Integrated Management System ### **Job-Specific Knowledge** * Standard Vehicle Operation * Valid Driver's License ### **Location of the Position:** * Monterrey, Nuevo León.
