Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist with advanced experience in servers, networking, and cybersecurity, who enjoys fieldwork and excels at teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Emphasis on preventive and corrective system maintenance Mandatory Experience: Advanced knowledge or minimum 2 years of experience in Windows Server 2012 and 2022, RAID, Terminal Services, and Cloud Computing; also required is hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Huawei routers as well as firewalls. Proficiency in connection, installation, and maintenance of input/output devices and peripherals; corrective and preventive maintenance for PCs; installation and maintenance of LAN and WAN networks, both wireless and physical; experience in networking and telephony. Certifications in MS365 and ITSM platforms.
