Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Apple Support Technician who excels in customer service and problem resolution to join our leading team and deliver diagnostics, repairs, and promotion of Apple services. Compensation Structure Base Monthly Salary: $11,000 MXN (gross), with short-term growth potential. Face-to-Face Bonus: $2,500 MXN per month. Food Vouchers: $350 MXN per month. Benefits from Day One Direct employment with 100% IMSS contributions. Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo): 17 days (increases with seniority). Profit-sharing (PTU): Up to 3 months’ salary. Customer focus: Passion for service and problem resolution. Schedule availability: Rotating shifts from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Key Responsibilities Provide Apple user support. Diagnose, repair, and track service requests. Promote additional services (AppleCare, maintenance plans).
