Minimum 6 months of experience as Technical Support. Job Responsibilities: Planning of on-site technical support visits. Operating system installation, updates, and replacement at point-of-sale locations. Equipment installation and updates at point-of-sale locations. Peripheral installation and support. Diagnosis and resolution of internet link failures, including reporting to service providers. CCTV installation and support. Installation and support of Telecommunications equipment (router, switch, access point). Preventive maintenance of installed devices. Recording all activities via mobile app. Required Knowledge: Basic networking knowledge. Hardware repair. Daily software and hardware user support. At the server level: maintaining server hardware and software, including monitoring and maintenance of network integration (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), as well as proper configuration of network services provided by servers.
