This position focuses on the daily production of sweet bread, maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation of each product. *Responsibilities* * Daily preparation and production of bread and pastries. * Weighing and preparation of ingredients. * Preparation of doughs, fillings, toppings, and baking. * Adherence to recipes and quality standards. * Monitoring fermentation, baking, and storage times. * Basic decoration and finishing of products. * Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area. * Assisting with inventory control and organizing supplies. * Teamwork to meet daily production targets. *Ideal Profile* * Prior experience in bakery or pastry. * Interest in artisanal baking and attention to detail. * Responsible, punctual, and organized individual. * Ability to work collaboratively and under production pace. * Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn. * Commitment to cleanliness, order, and quality.
