Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor**. (1 Electrical and 1 Mechanical) Plan the maintenance program (Preventive and Corrective) to ensure proper operation of machinery and equipment. Define action plans for process improvements involving machinery and equipment. Manage maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with the maintenance program. Plan and coordinate innovation and continuous improvement projects to achieve optimal process performance. Visit external suppliers to monitor work progress, services, and projects. Manage the Maintenance Department’s expenses to maintain budgetary control. Promote professional development of subordinates and sustain the necessary motivation to achieve agreed-upon objectives. Comply with the Quality Management System, applicable documentation within your area, the 5S workplace system, and train subordinates on quality objectives and their contribution toward achieving them. Monitor corrective/preventive actions and improvement projects, as well as document control, and incorporate these responsibilities into your training. Contribute to meeting established performance indicators. Be responsible for the proper use of safety equipment, tools, and resources provided by the company to perform job duties effectively.
