Remote coordination with the U.S. team Job Description Lone Stallion Custom Homes LLC is looking for a Project Architect based in Mexico to join our team and develop residential projects in Texas, United States. You will work directly with our U.S. team on design, development, and documentation of projects, ensuring compliance with Texas building codes. We seek a responsible, detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of urgency who can work independently and deliver high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities * Residential architectural drawing development * 2D and 3D modeling (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or others) * Preparation of construction permit drawings * Remote coordination with the U.S. team * Review and compliance with Texas regulations and codes * Design adjustments and revisions according to client requirements Essential Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Architecture * Professional license * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential projects * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) * Intermediate or advanced English (communication ability) * Experience working remotely * Excellent organizational skills and adherence to deadlines Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,712.41 \- $25,197.38 per month Experience: * 3 anos : 2 años (Desirable) Language: * English (Desirable) License/Certification: * architecto (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
