Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Development Executive with experience in labor relations, personnel administration, and recruitment for an organization committed to equality. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a: Human Development Executive ### **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources (Diploma and Professional License Required). ### **Experience:** 1 to 3 years as a Labor Relations Analyst, HR Generalist, or Recruitment and Selection Specialist. ### **Knowledge:** Labor relations, Federal Labor Law, INFONAVIT, IMSS Law and Regulations, Personnel Administration, Payroll, Training, Recruitment and Selection, Event Organization, and Customer Service. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Intermediate English (Desirable).
