




Job Summary: Support the Production Director in the planning, coordination, monitoring, and comprehensive control of real estate projects, ensuring achievement of objectives. Key Highlights: 1. In partnership with LODELA and RUBA, it creates functional spaces with high value and premium amenities. It specializes in intelligent urban densification, designing high-appreciation apartments and pent\-houses in central areas. Thanks to our success, Intraurbana is currently expanding and growing; therefore, we are seeking: **Project Manager** Directly support the **Production Director** in the planning, coordination, monitoring, and comprehensive control of real estate projects, ensuring adherence to **scope, budget, schedule, quality, and financial objectives**, acting as the liaison among all involved departments throughout the entire project lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** * Planning and structuring of real estate projects. * Integration and monitoring of the **master plan** (scope, schedule, budget, and risks). * Multidisciplinary coordination with **Design, BIM, Budgeting, Construction, Commercial, and After-Sales** departments. * Monitoring of the **construction schedule** and financial cash flow. * Identification of deviations and proposal of corrective actions. * Management of technical, financial, and regulatory risks. * Preparation of **executive reports** and tracking of strategic agreements. * Direct support to the Production Director in decision-making. * Coordination of **project closeout** and documentation of lessons learned. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (mandatory). * Strong knowledge of executive projects for vertical towers. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in **Project Management** (preferred). * **Experience:** 3–5 years in the real estate or development industry. * Experience in **managing multidisciplinary teams**. * **Language:** Intermediate English. **What We Offer** * Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (weekends off) * Statutory benefits \+ enhanced benefits (30-day year-end bonus) * Subsidized cafeteria (50% subsidy) * Discount for purchasing an apartment (based on tenure) * **$30,000\.00 NET**
