Employment stability and CCTV system training **OPEN POSITION: CCTV MONITOR** **HUB GDL** **Job Description** We are seeking a **CCTV Monitor** responsible for the continuous supervision of security cameras, incident detection, and protocol adherence to ensure the safety of facilities, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate is **attentive, analytical, discreet, and highly responsible**. **Requirements** ✅ Completed high school diploma or technical degree ✅ Minimum **6 months to 1 year** of CCTV monitoring or security experience (preferred) ✅ Flexible availability for rotating shifts ✅ Basic knowledge of video surveillance systems ✅ Proficiency in computer operation and real-time monitoring ✅ Observation and incident response capability ✅ Strong communication skills and strict adherence to protocols ✅ Discretion and confidentiality of information **Preferred**: Own transportation or ability to commute independently (no transportation provided during that shift) **Responsibilities** Real-time CCTV camera monitoring Detection and reporting of unusual activities or incidents Adherence to security protocols Event logging and report generation Backup and review of recordings Coordination with internal security teams and responsible departments Access control via video surveillance Proper care and use of assigned equipment **We Offer** **$12,000 monthly** **10% grocery vouchers** (tax-free, calculated on base salary) Statutory benefits from day one Employment stability and CCTV system training * **Schedule (temporary)**: Monday to Saturday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. *(Schedule subject to change based on operational needs)*
