




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, results-oriented Executive Assistant and Control Tower to ensure order, tracking, and corporate compliance within the General Management. Coordination and control of strategic projects JOB DESCRIPTION: We seek a highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented professional to join the General Management directly as an Executive Assistant and Control Tower. This role is critical to ensuring the company operates with order, tracking, and compliance, guaranteeing that agreements, projects, and KPIs are executed on time and as planned. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: + Daily monitoring of KPIs by department. + Coordination and preparation of Board and Operational meetings. + Preparation of executive reports for Management. + Timely tracking of agreements, responsible parties, and commitment dates. + Monitoring progress of strategic projects. + Cross-departmental coordination to ensure compliance. + Management of the General Director’s calendar. + Identification of deviations and timely reporting. REQUIREMENTS: + Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field. + Minimum 2–5 years of experience in: * Executive assistance. * Operational tracking or Project Management. + Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. + Excellent organizational and information management skills. + Strong tracking and execution capabilities. + Clear and professional communication.
