**Position Objective** Provide support in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on company facilities, equipment, and common areas, ensuring their proper operation and contributing to a safe and efficient environment. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Assist in repair, adjustment, and cleaning tasks for equipment, furniture, and facilities. * Support plumbing, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and automotive work as needed. * Transport and organize tools, materials, and spare parts. * Perform cleaning and organization duties in work areas and maintenance storage spaces. * Provide assistance to technical staff during specialized tasks. * Report any anomalies or malfunctions detected in equipment and facilities. * Comply with company safety and hygiene regulations. * Record completed activities in logs or control forms. **Requirements** **Education:** Technical high school diploma or technical degree in maintenance, electricity, mechanics, or related field. **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year in general maintenance tasks (desirable). **Knowledge:** * Basic use of manual and electric tools. * Basic principles of plumbing, electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and automotive systems. * Basic industrial safety standards. **Skills and Competencies:** * Teamwork * Proactivity * Responsibility * Attention to detail * Organization * Willingness to learn **Working Conditions** * Work both indoors and outdoors, with possible exposure to noise, dust, or variable weather conditions. **We Offer:** * Salary: 10,000 to 12,000 monthly * Weekly payments * Savings fund 8% * Attendance bonus 10% * Statutory benefits * Social Security (IMSS) * 12 days of vacation * Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (with availability) * Work Location: Near Autódromo – Tlajomulco de Zúñiga (Av.
