Development of leadership skills and risk identification. **Primary Responsibility:** Coordinate and ensure the proper functioning and operation of systems and equipment, delivering high-quality service to users while adhering to established policies and procedures. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. * 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * General knowledge of structured cabling and communications technologies such as: Firewalls, VPNs, Antivirus. * Knowledge of virtual server environments and data backup procedures. * Experience using Help Desk systems. * Familiarity with programming languages. * Flexible availability for working hours. **Skills:** Effective communication, attention to detail, leadership, negotiation, risk identification, systematic thinking, and customer service orientation. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary + meal vouchers (unrestricted). * Direct employment contract with the company, including statutory benefits. * Work location: Av.
