Energy consumption analysis and improvement proposals. **Job Profile: Electrical Engineer** **Company:** Grupo Yegom **Department:** Engineering / Projects **Job Objective** Design, supervise, and optimize electrical systems, ensuring compliance with applicable technical standards, safety, and operational efficiency in projects developed by Grupo Yegom. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design low-, medium-, or high-voltage electrical systems. * Prepare drawings, diagrams, and calculation reports. * Supervise installation and maintenance of electrical equipment. * Coordinate electrical projects with other departments (civil, mechanical, etc.). * Conduct energy consumption analysis and propose improvements. * Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations (NOM, NEC, etc.). * Manage electrical suppliers and contractors. * Identify faults and propose technical solutions. * Prepare technical reports and project progress updates. **Job RequirementsAcademic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * Specialization in electrical systems is desirable. **Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience in design, installation, or supervision of electrical systems. * Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects (desirable). **Technical Knowledge** * Electrical regulations (NOM, NEC). * Software proficiency: familiarity or hands-on experience with design tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, etc. * Load calculations and electrical system design. * Electrical distribution systems. * Industrial safety. **Skills** * Analytical thinking * Problem solving * Teamwork * Organization and time management * Effective communication **Competencies** * Results orientation * Attention to detail * Technical decision-making * Adaptability **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Project delivery schedule adherence * Reduction of electrical failures * Optimization of energy consumption * Compliance with regulations and audits * Project cost efficiency **Working Conditions** * Office and field work * Willingness to travel * Full-time schedule Salary: $8,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
