Identification of improvement opportunities **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics Management, in final semesters. * Availability to work 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Assertive communication. * Technical writing. * Analytical thinking. * Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and/or Office suite. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct process mapping on the shop floor through direct observation and interviews with operational staff. * Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and flowcharts. * Identify improvement opportunities using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or 5S. * Track the site’s manual update schedule. **We Offer:** * Monthly stipend of $7,000 (paid biweekly) * Accident insurance. * Continuous training. * Professional growth.
