Requirements: Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a Field Technical Engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. Laser printers. Telephony and networks (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Configuration of Routers, Switches, and Hubs.* Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by the customer. Replace parts, track incidents, provide service, and close reports. 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve incidents and/or requests for technical failures reported by users within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
