Training and development in compliance regulations and accounting management **Job Description:** INDE Mexico, a developer with presence in Jalisco and Los Cabos, is seeking an **Accounting Analyst – REPSE and SIROC**, with a strong sense of organization, analytical thinking, and preferably experience in subcontracting and construction regulations. **Responsibilities:** ✅ Supervise and ensure contractors’ compliance with **REPSE**. ✅ Verify proper integration and updating of documentation on official platforms. ✅ Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with legal provisions. ✅ Provide support in the management and control of **SIROC** for construction projects. ✅ Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure correct registration and compliance with requirements. ✅ Prepare compliance reports and identify potential risks or areas for improvement. **Requirements:** ✔ **Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field** ✔ Preferably knowledge of **REPSE and SIROC**, as well as subcontracting regulations and construction sector regulations. ✔ **Strong sense of organization and analytical thinking.** ✔ Proficiency in government platforms and digital tools. **We Offer:** **Full-time employment contract.** **Salary: $15,000–$18,000 MXN** (based on experience). **Professional growth** in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment. **Training and development** in compliance regulations and accounting management.
