Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software/Technical Architect with specialized expertise in full\-stack development, system architecture, and modern coding practices to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative software solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. Your strategic vision and deep technical expertise will play a critical role in driving our core software initiatives to success. *Key Responsibilities:* 1\. Solution Design and Architecture: ○ Develop and document comprehensive technical solutions, from conceptual design to implementation, aligning with business objectives and technology roadmap. ○ Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of all Salesforce software implementations across the technology stack. ○ Create architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications for self or other members of the development team. 2\. Software Development and Coding: ○ Design, develop, and maintain high\-quality code across various components of the Salesforce platform, setting a high standard for the development team. ○ Actively participate in feature development, performing hands\-on coding in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs and complex system integrations. ○ Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to security best practices. 3\. Stakeholder Collaboration: ○ Work closely with product managers, business leaders, and technical teams to translate organizational goals into technical requirements and architectural designs. ○ Conduct workshops and training sessions to solicit requirements, communicate architectural designs and best practices. 4\. Technical Leadership: ○ Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural vision and best practices, as the team grows. ○ Troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural and technical issues across environments. 5\. Project Management: ○ Oversee project timelines, technical deliverables, and architectural scope related to software initiatives. ○ Ensure timely delivery of high\-quality, architecturally sound solutions. Required Skills and Experience ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred). ● Experience: ○ 5\+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a Software or Technical Architect role. ○ Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering complex, large\-scale software systems. ● Technical Skills: ○ Proficiency in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.). ○ Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. ○ Deep understanding of full\-stack development, including front\-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back\-end services/APIs (e.g., REST, gRPC). ○ Familiarity with data modeling, system integration patterns, and security best practices. ● Certifications: ○ Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (mandatory). ○ Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred). ○ Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus. ● Soft Skills: ○ Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills. ○ Strong communication and presentation abilities for technical and non\-technical audiences.
