




We are looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** to join our team in **JANUARY 2026**, with initiative and commitment to support food preparation and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. This person will be a key member of the team, contributing to timely, high-quality dish delivery in accordance with the restaurant’s standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support food preparation: chopping, peeling, portioning, heating, and plating dishes as instructed by the chef or cooks. * Keep the workstation, utensils, and equipment clean and organized. * Ensure proper storage of supplies (refrigeration, freezing, shelving). * Assist with general kitchen cleaning: floors, walls, worktables, walk-in coolers, sinks, etc. **Requirements:** * **Minimum Education:** Culinary studies (technical, undergraduate, or specialized courses) * **Experience:** Preferred 6 months to 1 year in cold kitchen, hot kitchen, or restaurant support roles. * **Language:** Fluent Spanish. * **Key Knowledge:** Hygienic food handling, cutting and preparation techniques, use and cleaning of kitchen utensils and equipment, as well as safety and hygiene regulations. **Offered:** * Statutory benefits. * Free dining service. * Salary growth, starting at $2,200.00 per week. **Important!** Employment start date is no earlier than January 2026.
