Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, or related field. * Proven experience of 2 years. * Experience providing end-user support at all levels. OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND KNOWLEDGE: * English. * Intermediate Microsoft tools. * Knowledge of mobile and web application user interfaces. * Programming knowledge in PHP. * Desired knowledge in CodeIgniter. Responsibilities: * Provide on-site and remote assistance to users. * Help desk and problem resolution. * Record, handle, and report observations and incidents. * Analyze incidents and requirements. * Follow up on reports generated by users. * Assist in the operation and use of services. * Handle service tickets. * Perform monitoring activities and improvements to developments. * Follow specific customer service guidelines. * Contribute to best practices in technical support processes.
