Lead and supervise the team of training advisors. **People And Growth is seeking a Training Coordinator in Las Quintas – León, Guanajuato** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Training Coordinator** We are seeking a Training Coordinator for a major company in the fuel retail industry. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and implement innovative training strategies that respond to the evolving needs of the company and its personnel. * Implement new technologies and training methodologies to enhance the learning experience and training effectiveness. * Design training and development programs aligned with the company’s and personnel’s needs, ensuring relevance and effectiveness. * Ensure the annual training plan is aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. * Identify areas for improvement and development opportunities for personnel in collaboration with department leaders. * Supervise the implementation of training programs and ensure compliance with quality standards. * Evaluate the overall effectiveness of training programs, implementing improvements based on feedback from advisors and participants. * Lead and supervise the team of training advisors, providing guidance and necessary resources for their professional development. * Manage the training department’s budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. * Ensure all training programs comply with STPS regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the SIRCE system. **Requirements** * Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in training processes and strategies. * Knowledge of STPS-mandated training obligations. * Familiarity with quality management systems. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Teamwork orientation. * Effective communication skills. * Creativity and innovation. * Organization and follow-up capabilities. * Proficiency in standard operating procedures. **Additional Information** * Salary: $25,000–$28,000 gross monthly plus superior benefits (SGMM, Life Insurance, 2% Savings Fund, etc.). * Location: León, Gto.
