Join our team as a Production Supervisor. You must have experience in: * Coordinating assembly, bonding, and decoration production and ensuring quality at each stage. * Verifying departmental scheduling based on daily and/or weekly production plans, aligned with delivery date priorities. * Assigning workloads. * Ensuring compliance with the daily output quota established by Engineering. * Training personnel under your supervision to promote multi-skilling. * Ensuring all process operations are performed according to specifications and quality parameters. * Updating the hourly production board with the number of pairs produced. * Recording progress accurately and on time. * Implementing corrective actions regarding information displayed on production boards whenever targets are not met. * Verifying that materials are used in quantities specified by the production sheet and taking necessary actions when deviations in material consumption are detected. * Collaborating with the Quality Manager to implement corrective, preventive, and improvement actions addressing rework and defect rates.
