**Insurgentes University** **León Campus** **We are seeking: Systems Manager** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Science (degree required). * Experience in direct interaction with students and faculty. * Ability to work under pressure and goal-oriented. * Teamwork orientation. * Excellent appearance, service attitude, and interpersonal skills. * Clear and effective verbal and written communication. * Ability to assess and efficiently resolve problems. * Organized, responsible, proactive individual with initiative. **Main responsibilities:** * Repair and maintenance of computer equipment. * User support and technical assistance (focus on internal customer service). * Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software. * Installation and configuration of computer equipment. * Credential generation and access management. * Drafting emails and administrative reports. * Direct user assistance to resolve system-related incidents. * Analysis, decision-making, and leadership in managing technology projects. **We offer:** * Salary: $13,000 gross monthly. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs and Saturdays from 08:00 to 14:00 hrs.
