Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and responsible young individuals who enjoy working with children to join us as Group Leaders during our summer course. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and care of children during recreational activities. 2. Proactive, responsible, and patient attitude when working with children. 3. Energy, empathy, and enthusiasm for interacting with children. We seek responsible, dynamic young individuals who enjoy working with children to serve as Group Leaders during our summer course. **Responsibilities** * Supervision and care of children * Support in recreational, sports, and interactive activities * Maintaining group order, safety, and participation * Accompaniment throughout the entire day * Communication with coordinators regarding any situation **Requirements** * Age between 17 and 24 years * Experience in childcare or working with children (courses, social service, etc.) * Proactive, responsible, and patient attitude * Ability to work effectively in a team * Full availability throughout the entire summer course * Commitment to attend pre-course training **Ideal Profile** * Energy, empathy, and enthusiasm for interacting with children * Ability to maintain group control * Positive attitude and willingness Salary: $8,000.00 - $8,300.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
