Kromberg \& Schubert León Plant is seeking your talent — we are looking for individuals who make a difference and invite you to join us as: Safety and Hygiene Leader JOB OBJECTIVE: Maintain the company free from occupational hazards and accidents by ensuring all personnel possess the necessary knowledge to perform their work safely at all times and achieve 100% compliance with Mexican regulatory requirements related to safety. REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Paramedic, or related field * Availability to rotate shifts * Advanced Office software skills * Minimum experience in the automotive industry * Familiarity with ISO standards, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 * Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) regarding safety and health * Knowledge of Mexican regulations related to industrial safety (including relevant training courses) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and/or conduct mandatory training as required by applicable regulations. * Train emergency response teams on safety and hygiene topics. * Establish and monitor compliance with applicable regulatory standards concerning safety, hygiene, and occupational health. * Select appropriate safety equipment and train personnel on its correct usage. * Perform risk analyses of equipment and operations, issuing reports and recommendations. * Ensure timely updates and full implementation of actions established by the Safety, Health, and Environment Committee (CSH). * Manage and follow up on audits and governmental procedures (STPS, SEMARNAT, SSA, etc.). * Implement an ergonomics program, as well as improvements to prevent work-related injuries or illnesses. * Guarantee continuous monitoring, control, and regular updating of identified occupational disease risks across all departments.
