**Be part of the Finvivir family and contribute to achieving our financial inclusion mission, transforming thousands of lives through access to microloans in communities** **Position:** **Internal Auditor** **Objective:** Provide support to the team by objectively applying the internal audit and control procedures described in the approved Audit Plan, independently reporting detected deviations and generating proposals aimed at improving the organization's operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in accounting, finance, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in internal auditing. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Availability to travel, 1 to 2 weeks per month depending on the audit plan. * Valid driver's license (for automobile). **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and document audit assignments included in the annual internal audit plan. * Document any deviations from policies and procedures. * Comply with the quality standards established in the institution's Audit Manual. * Timely completion of assigned projects (audits, consulting tasks, etc.). * Execute and document audit tests. * Propose improvements to the work programs of assigned audits and for compliance with the Internal Control System. * Complete the audit work program on time. * Document all findings identified during audit activities. * Propose corrective actions for each reported finding. **We offer:** * Base salary with weekly payments. * Quarterly bonus. * Year-end bonus: 28 days. * 6% Savings Fund. * Vacation entitlement: 12 days per year. * Monthly food vouchers worth 8% of salary. * Monthly gasoline vouchers of $800. * Life insurance. * Seniority bonus. * Vacation premium: 25%. * School scholarships. * Additional benefits for discounted purchases and electronic money. * Work location: León, Guanajuato. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
