Responsibilities * Supervise cutting area staff. * Ensure compliance with production schedules. * Ensure efficient use of textile materials. * Implement and monitor quality processes. * Coordinate with other departments to optimize time and resources. * Train and motivate the workforce. Requirements * Proven experience supervising cutting processes. * Knowledge of cutting machinery operation. * Leadership and team management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives. * Education: Technical high school diploma or related technical degree (preferred).
