**Job Description:** We are seeking a team member responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance tasks in hard-to-reach areas and at height, ensuring compliance with safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning of facades, windows, structures, and roofs using specialized equipment. * Carry out basic preventive and corrective maintenance in elevated areas (sealing, patching, replacing lighting fixtures, inspecting structures). * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (harnesses, lifelines, helmets, etc.). * Identify and report risks or anomalies in facilities. * Maintain assigned tools and equipment in good working condition. * Comply with safety protocols and applicable regulations for work at height. * Provide support in general maintenance activities. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in industrial cleaning or maintenance at height. * Knowledge of and experience using personal protective equipment for work at height. * Certification or training in work at height (preferred). * Availability for rotating shifts. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow precise instructions. **Skills and Competencies:** * Responsibility and safety orientation. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Discipline and adherence to procedures. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Safety equipment and training. * A safe and professional work environment.
