Experience * Customer order entry and follow-up — 6 months * Customer service call center operations / commercial teams (sales, CPFR) / sales representatives — 6 months. Knowledge * Basic Excel (data entry, databases, tables) * Self-service portal navigation * ERP system usage (SAP preferred).
