Las Bugambilias, C.P. 37270, León de los Aldama, Guanajuato, Mexico** RESPONSIBILITIES * Translate suspension-related technical terminology into language understandable to customers. * Vehicle reception and delivery; quotations and sales closure. * Technical advisory services; knowledge of automotive parts. * Use of electronic catalogs; inventory management and verification of stock availability. * Customer service and follow-up (after-sales support). * Quotation follow-up; service administration and scheduling (including warranty expiration management). * Workshop service process (collaborative support with administrative staff). Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM We Offer: $15,000 monthly base salary 2% commission on labor charges (less VAT) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: Onsite employment
