**Job Description** We are seeking a Quality Technician responsible for planning, directing, and supervising activities related to the Quality Management System (QMS) under the **ISO 9001:2015** standard, ensuring compliance with established standards and continuous improvement in organizational processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the proper implementation of Quality Management System procedures. * Coordinate internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. * Monitor compliance with quality requirements in processes and products. * Review the quality of incoming materials and finished products. * Prepare performance reports and indicators for the department. * Manage documentation and records related to the QMS. * Collaborate with different departments in defining and improving processes. * Coordinate the review and maintenance of safety equipment, as well as internal Civil Protection programs. **Requirements** * Education: Recently completed Bachelor's degree or TSU in related fields. * Age: 25 to 35 years * Experience: Knowledge of QMS and quality assurance or ISO 9001:2015 system management. * Knowledge of: ISO regulations, internal audits, document control, industrial safety and hygiene. * Skills: teamwork, analytical ability, organization, and effective communication. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Location:** Miguel Hidalgo #213, Heroes de Chapultepec.
