




**ACTIVITIES:** * **Planning and scheduling of production** * Develop weekly and monthly production plans according to demand and orders. * Coordinate cutting, trimming, assembly, and finishing times to meet delivery deadlines. * **Supervision of production processes** * Monitor the proper execution of each stage: leather selection, cutting, trimming, assembly, soles, embroidery, and finishing. * Verify that quality standards are met in each line. * **Personnel management** * Assign tasks to operational staff and supervisors. * Coordinate schedules, rotations, and technical training. * Resolve labor issues within the production area. * **Quality control** * Ensure each pair of boots meets technical and aesthetic specifications. * Implement corrective actions when necessary. * **Materials and resources administration** * Supervise inventories of leathers, tools, soles, threads, and other supplies. * Request materials in advance to prevent production interruptions. * **Process optimization** * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in work methods, machinery, or workshop layout. * Implement lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste. * **Coordination with other departments** * Work together with procurement, design, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth operation throughout the production chain. * Adjust production based on sales forecasts or design changes. * **Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations** * Ensure personnel use appropriate protective equipment. * Supervise compliance with official industrial safety regulations. * **Reporting and analysis of indicators** * Generate daily and monthly reports on production, efficiency, losses, and downtime. * Analyze results and present improvement proposals to management.
