Generation of information for operational decision-making **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** **LEÓN, GUANAJUATO** **Job Objective:** Provide administrative and operational support to the logistics department, ensuring accurate tracking of orders, deliveries, returns, databases, and performance indicators, contributing to the efficient execution of logistics processes and timely service to internal and external customers. **Functions and Responsibilities** **Activities** * Provide general administrative support to the logistics department. * Control and maintain up-to-date departmental databases. * Prepare operational and administrative reports. * Download and archive delivery evidence. * Track orders and billing processes. * Coordinate package carrier tracking and monitoring. * Monitor deliveries and shipment status. * Support order preparation and packaging in coordination with the Logistics Manager. * Provide assistance and follow-up to coordinators and warehouses nationwide. * Analyze logistics department performance indicators. * Generate information for operational decision-making. * Identify deviations and report logistics incidents. * Ensure compliance with delivery timelines and established processes **Job Profile** Technical degree, incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in: * Logistics * Administration **Experience** * 1–2 years in administrative or logistics roles. * Order tracking * Database management * Package carrier and delivery handling Report preparation * **Technical Knowledge** * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Database management. * Logistics performance indicators (KPIs). * Basic knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes. ### **We Offer** **Salary: $10,000–$12,000 MXN per month** **Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM** **Statutory benefits from day one** **Opportunities for professional growth and development** **Stable, inclusive work environment focused on well-being** **AT ECODELI INDUSTRIAL S.A.
