Job Summary: We are seeking a reducing massage therapist and wood therapy therapist for a new spa in León, focused on client well-being and delivering a relaxing and effective experience. Objective: Deliver high-quality reducing massage and wood therapy treatments, ensuring client well-being and satisfaction while maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Providing a relaxing and effective experience in a professional and safe setting. Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare the treatment room for massages and therapies, ensuring a clean, orderly environment with all necessary materials Apply wood therapy and reducing massage techniques according to protocol Adapt treatments to the individual needs of each client Clean the work area at the start and end of each shift, and also between each client—cleaning, disinfecting, and ventilating Wash and properly store towels, sheets, robes, and other garments required between clients, always maintaining order Ensure availability of all necessary materials and supplies; request restocking when needed Wear clean and presentable uniform daily Assist at reception during designated hours, if required Greet clients at reception, guide them through the facility, explain the procedure, accompany them to the exit upon session completion, and bid them a proper farewell Record client information—including weight and measurements—at the beginning and end of treatment, and record weight at each session Provide post-treatment care recommendations to optimize results Skills: Certification or knowledge in massage therapy Friendly and professional demeanor Service-oriented attitude Organization and cleanliness Teamwork capability Attention to detail Cross-selling in other service areas Empathy and focus on client satisfaction Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
