Your main responsibilities will be: * Timely follow-up and handling of claims, disputes, or clarification requests submitted directly. * Conducting customer information inquiries, * Providing advisory support to internal credit bureau customers. * Promptly responding to requests * Clarifying data with credit information companies. What do you need to apply? * Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, public accounting, finance, or related field. * 1 to 2 years of experience in credit analysis and credit reporting agencies. * Intermediate Excel and intermediate database skills.
