Job Summary:
Responsible for validating attendance records, calculating payroll, explaining processes to new hires, and managing incidents with supervisors; requires experience with payroll systems and personnel management.

Validate attendance lists and overtime reports
Compile information for payroll calculation (weekly, biweekly, as applicable)
Explain payroll processes to new hires
Generate reports and manage incidents with area supervisors.
Qualifications:
Payroll systems (NOMIPAQ, COI, ERP, ISR calculation, IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing, footwear, or related industries
Knowledge and experience with SUA, INFONAVIT, and IMSS
Management of a workforce of 300 employees
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $3,500.00 – $4,000.00 per week
