Role Description: The **Production Planning Coordinator** at Gurpa Bio is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production scheduling to ensure an efficient workflow on the shop floor, aligned with market demand, customer commitments, and the company’s strategic objectives. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operation of production lines, maximizing resource efficiency, minimizing downtime, and supporting the achievement of delivery, quality, and cost targets. The scheduling coordinator works closely with the commercial planning, procurement, logistics, production control, and quality teams to coordinate production orders, resolve bottlenecks, and adjust scheduling in response to shifting priorities. Requirements: Education: Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields. Experience: 3–5 years in production scheduling or operations planning, preferably within manufacturing industries. Mandatory: Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems knowledge. Desirable: Additional training in production planning, Lean Manufacturing, or scheduling systems. English: Intermediate–Advanced. Residence: Preferably in the Bajío region. Employment Type: Full-time. Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 MXN per month.
