We are looking for an organized, analytical person capable of responding immediately to any operational situation. Main Responsibilities * Real-time GPS monitoring of vehicles * Route and delivery time tracking * Reporting and escalation of incidents * Constant communication with operators * Preparation of logs and operational reports * Validation of cargo and delivery statuses * Application of security and logistics protocols * Response to and follow-up on nighttime alerts Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics monitoring or traffic management * Proficiency in GPS platforms and basic/intermediate Excel * Availability to work the night shift * Ability to work under pressure * Strong communication skills and sense of urgency * Completed high school diploma (preferred) We Offer * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Job stability * Positive work environment Schedule * Night shift Work Location * ALFARO LEON GTO.
