Requirements: Valid facultative insurance (mandatory) Student pursuing a degree in Commerce, Administration, or related field. Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Must be over 18 years of age Responsibilities: Reconcile accounts payable documents (supplier invoices vs. goods receipts). Report incidents to suppliers. Scan receipts for Treasury receipt reporting. File purchase orders related to advance request forms.
