Implement Core Tools and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. ***PROTOOLING MX***, a company specializing in industrial machining, racks, and automation solutions for the automotive industry, is seeking: **QUALITY INSPECTOR** Age: 22\-30 years old Gender: Unrestricted **KNOWLEDGE** * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Reading and analysis of mechanical drawings and tolerances. * Knowledge of commercial steels * ISO 9001:2015 * Time and motion studies * Proficiency in mechanical measuring equipment * Familiarity with Faro arm coordinate measuring machines * FMEA development * Core Tools methodologies * Lean Manufacturing tools * Identification and interpretation of dimensional tolerances specified in 2D drawings **SKILLS** * Teamwork * Decision-making * Effective communication * Planning and organization * Attention to detail * Excellent interpersonal and workplace relationship management **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor the quality management system * Inspect machined parts per drawings and work instructions * Identify and document nonconformities, proposing corrective actions * Validate parts for customer release, ensuring compliance with drawing specifications * Participate in internal and external audits * Receive and inspect processes performed by external suppliers * Control and segregate nonconforming products, ensuring proper identification and documentation * Verify the status and proper functionality of inspection measuring equipment * Conduct functional testing on parts and subassemblies when required by drawings or customers * Ensure finished products are properly identified and stored under optimal conditions * Perform liquid penetrant testing on critical parts per established procedures and customer requirements * And other duties as assigned If you meet the profile, apply through this channel or contact **477 247 22 45** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $3,000\.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Dental insurance Work Location: On-site employment
