We seek to integrate into our team responsible, disciplined individuals with a service-oriented vocation who meet the established requirements for performing custody and surveillance duties in highway zones. **Mandatory Requirement**: Valid military service card (fully discharged) or partial military service card, plus a valid driver's license (both documents are indispensable). **CANDIDATE PROFILE** \- Age: Between 20 and 45 years old. \- Education: Minimum completed secondary education, with verifiable documentation. \- Height: Minimum 1\.65 m (male). \- Physical condition: Good health, capable of performing physical activities and working rotating shifts. \- Experience: Not mandatory, but prior experience in security, surveillance, or related fields is valued. \- Skills: Responsibility, discipline, observational ability, teamwork, and respectful public interaction. \- Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts (day, night, weekends, and holidays) and to relocate to various highway zones as assigned. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Perform surveillance, custody, and control duties in designated highway zones. \- Inspect road conditions, signage, and risk areas. \- Respond to incidents, emergencies, or hazardous situations arising along the route, acting professionally and adhering to established protocols. \- Maintain constant communication with the operations center and relevant authorities when necessary. \- Ensure the safety of people, vehicles, and property within the assigned area. \- Comply fully with the company’s security policies and current legislation. **WHAT WE OFFER:** \- Weekly salary of $3,400 plus overtime pay. \- Full statutory benefits (social security, year-end bonus, vacation premium, paid vacations, etc.). \- Uniforms and personal protective equipment provided at no cost. \- Opportunity for job stability and career advancement within the company. \- A formal, respectful, and professionally development-oriented work environment. **HOW TO APPLY?** If you meet the requirement of holding a fully discharged military service card, a partial military service card, or a valid driver’s license, and are interested in joining our team, please send your updated curriculum vitae.
