Job Summary: Coordinate and ensure the timely procurement of materials, spare parts, and supplies, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, quality, and cost requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the supply chain and supplier relationships. 2. Controls inventory and prepares purchasing and consumption reports. 3. Promotes effective communication between administrative and operational departments. PURCHASING AND WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR Location: León, Guanajuato Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Benefits: • Grocery vouchers • Savings fund Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or a related field. • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, supply management, or supplier management. • Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. • Negotiation and organizational skills. Job Objective: Ensure the timely procurement of materials, spare parts, tools, and supplies required for company operations, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, quality, and cost requirements. Main Responsibilities: • Request and track quotations. • Prepare and manage purchase orders. • Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers. • Monitor deliveries and material supply. • Coordinate inventory control and safeguarding. • Prepare purchasing and material consumption reports. • Maintain an updated supplier database. • Coordinate communication between administrative and operational departments. • Support administrative activities related to procurement and warehouse operations.
